2.- 3 Rounds for time:

Run 1km
30 jumping squats 
30 push-ups

3.- 6 rounds for time:

1-minute Handstand hold or Plank hold
20 walking lunges
20 jumping jacks

4.- Complete as many rounds and repetitions as possible in 16 minutes of:

15 V-ups or sit-ups
10 Cossack squats
5 inchworms

5.- Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

100m sprint
10 Air squats
10 Vertical jumps
10 Pike push-ups
